Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift.

Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment.

Guests can enjoy European-style, village-to-village skiing between Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch villages. A car is recommended for those who want to venture out of the village for more dining options and other activities.

This townhome is approximately 3200 square feet. This townhomes offers gorgeous mountain style furnishings, cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, hardwood floors, flat screen tv/vcr and great Beaver Creek views. A fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave and compactor. Additional in-unit amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, complimentary high-speed internet access, 2-car heated garage, large dining room table for 8 people, and a den with big screen tv /vcr/dvd, sofa sleeper. Enjoy a private exterior hot tub for 4-6 people. Midweek maid service is included for stays of 5 nights or longer.

Aspenwood Lodge is located at the base of the Arrowhead ski village, just a short walk to the ski slopes. Condos each have a full kitchen, private deck, washer/dryer, and underground parking for one vehicle. This property is also just a short walk to the Arrowhead pool and hot tubs which are open summer and winter seasons. Enjoy the village to village ski experience or take the free shuttle bus to Bachelor Gulch or Beaver Creek. A private vehicle is recommended for evening transportation.

Buffalo Park is a spacious condominium located near the base of the Arrowhead chairlift. With gorgeous mountain views and a quick walk to the Arrowhead chairlift, this 2,700 square foot condominium offers vaulted ceilings, a huge living room, underground parking, in-unit washer and dryer, and a spacious deck overlooking the slopes.

Guests of Buffalo Park can use the summer and winter season Arrowhead pool and hot tubs located just down the street. In the winter, Dial-A-Ride bus service is available during the day to take you to Beaver Creek. A private vehicle is recommended for evening transportation.

This private ski home is located less than a mile from the ArrowBahn chairlift with private on-call shuttle access in the heart of the exclusive Arrowhead neighborhood. The home includes high ceilings, double level windows, cozy furniture, great room with stone gas burning fireplace, kitchen with granite counters and plenty of modern appliances. The gourmet kitchen looks over the spacious living area, making the kitchen and living area feel like one big open area. 4 guests can sit at the kitchen table, 2 at the kitchen countertop and a formal dining room to accommodate 6 guests, attached to the living room. An entryway area off the garage has additional storage for soft ski gear, but please no skis or snowboards in the home. The three bedrooms at Villa Columbine are spread out between the home’s two floors. The three bedrooms include 1 master suite located on the main floor of the home and the other 2 bedrooms are located on the lowest level of the home with a den to watch TV or play board games. The master suite offers a king bed and access to the backyard deck with a charming sitting area and off-suite bath with a large closet. One of the bedrooms on the lowest level offers a Queen with a private bath and the other room offers two twins with a private bath, each with large closets. Villa Columbine is located on a secluded residential street close to ski runs, with close access to Arrowhead Village, Edwards Riverwalk, Town of Avon and Beaver Creek Mountain.
